About Me

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist  graduating with Distinction, whilst also receiving the award for outstanding academic achievement. I also hold a Research Masters in Mathematics from NUI, Galway and an Honours Degree in Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin.

I studied Nutritional Therapy for four years with the Institute of Health Sciences, and have been trained to work with individuals clinically, involving you in all aspects of your care, so that decisions about your health are made collaboratively, with food choices that suit you and your lifestyle.

My mission is to help you improve your health. You can be reassured, that if you work with me, my recommendations on food choices will be informed by the best scientific research available, and that I will put you, your values and preferences right at the centre.

I am a member of the NTOI, and as such I adhere to their Code of Professional Practice.
