I booked Michelle through an advert on Instagram called Thyroid Nutrition Ireland. Immediately I was drawn to it as I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism during my last pregnancy and my medication was increasing as the years went by.

I thought there had to be something I could do to help my body and improve my health. I always knew diet was key so when I saw there were nutritionists that understood thyroid function, I booked an online consultation straight away.

I received an email the next day from Michelle to confirm my booking and a form to fill. She was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well. One thing that stood out for me was the level of importance she put on lifestyle along with nutrition. If your body is constantly in stress mode, it doesn’t matter how good your diet is. The body will be unable to digest it efficiently.
